**Position: Marketing Head of Buchannan´s**
**Context/Scope:**
+ This role will be in charge to strengthen Diageo’s relevance in Scotch via Buchanan's, where the organization still has plenty of opportunity to cause breakthrough growth within the Scotch segment.
+ This leader needs to embrace the best of Marketing Flair to gather very busy consumers’ attention while wearing at the same time the hat of a General Manager building the right Price, Costs, Innovation and Formats Strategies to become the fastest recruiting 18 – 24 yo valuable portfolio in the market.
+ The next step of our journey is even more exciting, and challenging. We have set ourselves the ambition to exponentially grow the Scotch business beyond Diageo MX rate, causing a breakthrough in our current margin to become a valuable recruitment machine for the organization.
**Top 3-5 Accountabilities:**
+ Deliver Efficient and Breakthrough Marketing Plans for Buchanan's Trademark (including innovation portfolio) in order to recruit a valuable recruiting machine for the organization
+ Beat the competition (in terms of Value Share and Brand Strength equity) for projects he manages
+ Kay Partners Influence to keep its portfolio in the map into a growing organization. From Local Exec to Global Teams... from Agencies to multifunctional team management (Supply, Finance, Innovation, Sales).
**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
+ Top University degree level qualifications on any major subject (marketing, business, engineering, etc.),
+ Graduate with at least 6yrs Marketing or Sales experience, with consistent record on building valuable insights that unlock growth on unstable market contexts
+ Required experience on P&L management
+ Confirmed resilience and ability to build strong relationships quickly across functions.
+ Strong sense of Ownership and a Self-starter. Doesn’t require formal authority or hierarchy to lead the conversations that the business requires. Able to navigate a clear path forward even at times of ambiguity.
