Marketing & Innovation Managers support the strategic direction and growth of their assigned segments within our Smart Infrastructure Buildings US business. Internally, this position helps drive sales understanding, commitment and ultimately effectiveness. Externally, the role will drive customer demand, willingness to spend with Siemens and brand loyalty across multiple vertical markets.

 
As a Marketing & Innovation Manager, you will:

Drive internal and external demand for key offerings and strategic initiatives Internal understanding and willingness to embrace rapidly emerging business segments External interest and willingness to buy specific offerings and best practices from Siemens Develop Sales enablement strategies and execute tactics designed to drive greater traction for Automation and Mechanical Services capabilities of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings: Work closely with US segment leadership and Global portfolio teams throughout the offering development process Establish detailed go-to-market strategies to support the short and long-term direction of these important areas of our business Produce and maintain sales enablement materials such as sales playbooks, battlecards, sales pitches, specification and proposal language Own roll-out strategy of new / enhanced offerings across both direct and indirect channels

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years relevant experience in B2B marketing 5+years buildings industry experience with a strong understand of mechanical equipment and building automation technologies and services Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Required amount of travel with the position: 10% Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
