If you’re a strategic thinker who enjoys working with data and telling meaningful stories through insights, we’d love to hear from you! **Core Responsibilities** + Analyzes performance drivers along the Global Marketing Value Chain. + Uses enterprise-wide data & insight sources to perform root cause analysis to help answer strategic questions. + Collaborates with insight professionals and business partners to source data and test hypotheses. + Supports project lead to develop hypotheses and scope analytical testing approaches, interpret findings, and develop conclusions for business narratives. + Supports with data visualization for presentation material for senior decision forums. + Provides analysis for monthly synthesis of key marketing & brand tracking sources for CMO. **Do your part in our team succeeding** The LEGO Brand, Marketing, Insights, and Partnership (BMIP) area resides within the Product, Marketing, and Development (PMD) organization and plays an integral role to drive the effectiveness of the Global Marketing Value chain through the development and executional support of Global Brand, Marketing, and Portfolio strategies. The vision of the Insights area is to shape the future of the LEGO Group through inspiring and enabling transformational action through insight-led decision making. The BMIP Strategic Synthesis & Narrative Development department does so by acting as an Insight Partner function for senior level decision forums and CMO. The department provides root cause analysis of business issues impacting the global marketing value chain and synthesizes insight narratives for Global Brand, Marketing and Portfolio planning achievements. **Do you have what it takes?** + Experience in insight/intelligence analytics roles with track record to perform root cause analysis, synthesize results, and visualize data for presentations + Proven expertise learning, weighting, manipulating, and interpreting data from disparate enterprise-wide sources + Strong understanding of marketing and business metrics + Familiar with basic statistical concepts in the interpretation and application of analytical methodologies + Highly curious and motivated by objective truth seeking and working as a team to solve complex/ambiguous business questions + Strong collaborator and experience working in an agile, project-based environment + Demonstrated analytical savviness, critical thinking skills, and learning attitude + Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams. Have worked with Power BI or similar a plus. + Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas **New Location Update** This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. This 3 day in the office hybrid model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues. **Relocation** There is no budget for domestic or international relocation for this role. **Compensation** The salary for this position has a range of $100,000 - $130,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
