Marketing Insights and Data Strategy Manager

Position Overview: The Marketing Insights and Data Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing data and reporting structure to support the Marketing teams. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, marketing attribution, and reporting, as well as proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Marketo, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

 

In this role you will…

Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to develop dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall ROI. Manage our marketing attribution platform, Full Circle Insights, to assess the impact of marketing initiatives across channels and drive strategic investment decisions. Analyze metrics and performance to provide actionable insights to Marketing teams. Develop and execute a cohesive data strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring that marketing data initiatives support broader company objectives. Document process and platforms related to data and reporting and engage in continuous education with Marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment. Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all analytical and reporting outputs, ensuring data integrity. Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Consideration for privacy and security obligations

 

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing insights, strategy, or analytics, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficient in Tableau, Marketo, and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing attribution methodologies. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate strategic insights. Strong attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
