The Marketing Integrated Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across our marketing efforts. This role will support the measurement and optimization of campaigns, conduct cross-channel analysis, and partner with agencies to ensure high data quality and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will enable us to continuously enhance marketing performance and establish best practices in analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Measurement & Insights: Ensure performance objectives and measurement frameworks are effectively implemented. Contribute to post-campaign analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform future campaign optimization.Cross-Channel Analysis: Contribute to developing insights and recommendations that drive performance enhancement across channels. Use tableau dashboard to cross-tabulate and visualize results.Reporting Operations: Lead data collection efforts across agency partners and internal reporting dashboards ensuring timelines are met.Brand Tagging & Martech Collaboration: Coordinate brand tagging initiatives ensuring marketing efforts are measurable before campaign activation.Agency Partnership & Data Quality: Partner with agency teams to maintain data quality and accuracy. Assist in developing learning agendas that include objective led KPIs and critical business questions to answer to guide mid campaign optimizations and final campaign read-outs for brand team understanding.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prioritize and direct ad-hoc analyses on various marketing initiatives, providing timely and relevant insights to inform strategic decisions.Marketing Best Practices & Analytics: Assist in institutionalizing marketing best practices and analytic technologies, ensuring continuous improvement in measurement and optimization.Additional Job DescriptionExperience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, insights, or a related field within a marketing organization2+ years’ experience with project management and/or collaborative projectsExperience in developing and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channelsExposure to multi-platform performance correlations and measurementStrong presentation, visualization, and synthesis skillsCreative problem-solver who is valued amongst a cross sectional set of stakeholdersTechnical Skills:
