Marketing Intelligence Analyst
Job Description

This position is responsible for conducting sophisticated analysis of both internal and external databases to generate insight for Global and Regional Marketing Programs.  This includes developing statistical models in order to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior and use the data to drive marketing strategies and meet business goals.  This position will also be responsible for direct marketing campaign analysis that including digital and face-to-face and will be involved in analytical consulting, customer research, and segmentation analysis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate data driven insights and recommendations using analytic tools to develop business and marketing analytics for Marketing strategy, programs and campaigns

Analyze customer purchase/transaction patterns to surface customer trends and demand generation opportunities by using statistics/predictive modeling

Analyzes external lists for new customer opportunities

Maintain and improve database technologies and processes for existing projects and processes to measure marketing program performance and enrich business / market intelligence.

Design and implement tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies

Conducts post-execution campaign analysis to identify best practices, interpretation and recommendations, and opportunities for campaign improvement

Analyze long term trends to discover opportunities for improvement in marketing programs

Provide consultation to business partners on designing and measuring data-driven marketing programs

Partner and collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams

Maintain an ongoing understanding of business, digital and marketing goals as a foundation for thoughtful business information solutions

Maintain expertise in database technologies

Fulfills responsibilities while exhibiting Agilent values at all times

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Digital analytics

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science/engineering, statistics, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred

CRM-related experience (SAP and/or Salesforce.com preferred)

Proficient in Office 360

Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to process and present vast amount of data into meaningful information.

Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong collaboration and partnering skills, the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and influence change

Effective project management and organizational skills

Works well with a diverse group of individuals throughout a global organization

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $87,600.00 - $164,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
