Key job responsibilities
• Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global e-commerce market trends, including emerging technologies, consumer behavior shifts, and regulatory changes. Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, including their product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and market positioning. Identify competitive threats and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Macroeconomic Insights: Track and analyze macroeconomic factors such as economic indicators, trade policies, and geopolitical events that may impact Amazon Global Selling's business. Summarize key findings and their potential implications.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to market performance, customer behavior, and seller trends. Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of various market intelligence projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
• Vendor Management: Support the management of external research vendors and consultants, including coordinating research activities and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and operations, to ensure market intelligence insights are integrated into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
