What You'll Do

As a Marketing Intelligence Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team specializing in marketing and media intelligence, analytics, and CRM strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving a data-driven marketing strategy for Central Europe (CE), working closely with regional and global stakeholders as part of the CE Marketing and Communications (M&C) team.
 You will oversee the development and execution of strategic frameworks for media intelligence, marketing analytics, and CRM data management. This includes designing, managing, and evolving our martech and analytics stack, as well as optimizing our client database in collaboration with CE M&C functions, the global marketing team, and leadership.


Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in facilitating knowledge exchange, ensuring analytical insights are integrated into strategic workflows, and continuously upskilling CE M&C functional stakeholders. You will also engage with global teams to adapt best practices to local market needs.
 As a leader, you will manage a team of six, overseeing capacity planning and ensuring efficient, scalable processes. You will be responsible for budget management, cost control, and success monitoring across all marketing intelligence initiatives, while driving continuous improvement in cross-functional workflows.
 
This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator with a hands-on mentality who can bridge data analytics and marketing strategy while engaging with senior stakeholders. Being part of the team, you also take on operational tasks in the day-to-day business. You will have the opportunity to take on additional projects and high-impact initiatives within your sphere of responsibility, driving innovation and operational excellence across the CE region.



What You'll Bring

You have a college degree, ideally in computer science, statistics, quantitative marketing, economics, or a related field.You have relevant experience in marketing intelligence, business intelligence, digital analytics, or CRM data management, ideally within a service-oriented company, consultancy, or agency. Experience in marketing, market research, data analysis, or working with complex database systems is a definite advantage.You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally have experience with martech tools, CRM platforms (MS Dynamics), analytics tools (GA, Power BI, Tableau), or a basic knowledge of HTML and Python. You are experienced in and also willing to collaborate with deep tech teams on AI (OpenAI, DeepSeek, etc).You have solid project management experience, with a proven ability to drive data-driven marketing initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement cross-functional marketing intelligence strategies.You have experience in managing teams, overseeing capacity planning, and driving stakeholder collaboration across regions and functions. You thrive in a leadership role where you can guide a team and drive innovation with a hands-on mindset.You have experience translating operational outcomes into a compelling strategic narrative for senior stakeholders. You can distill complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations and confidently engage in high-level objective discussions.You are passionate about leveraging data, technology, and innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvements in processes and infrastructure.Your English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken. You excel at knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, and bringing analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Who You'll Work With

As Marketing Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team of six cross-functional employees based in our Zurich, Düsseldorf, and Munich offices. In this role, you will work closely with other team leaders within the Marketing and Communications department, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment to drive BCG’s marketing and communication strategy forward.
