Who we want:

Curious marketers. You have a passion for understanding businesses and the people who work for them. With an audience-first mindset, you are always asking why to ensure our messaging is hitting the mark. Using what you learn, you aren’t afraid to test big ideas or implement never-been-done strategies that create real impact.

Professionals with a metrics-oriented mindset. Metrics matter, and knowing you’ve hit the mark is critical. This role gives you ample opportunities to perform in-depth research on customer intent and how to set up campaigns and monitor their success. Working with analytics and performance tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush and Eloqua, you’ll do more than just learn something new — you’ll get certified.

Meticulous project managers. Obsessed with details? We are too. As you manage projects and campaigns through various marketing tactics, you will juggle multiple priorities with extreme detail orientation and coordinate people across multiple teams. You intuitively see what needs to be done — and what hasn’t been done — and can quickly pivot to accommodate shifts and changes to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Creative storytellers. Bringing clarity to messages resonates with you. You know what our audience wants to see — and where they want to see it — and you’ll help tell a powerful story using images, videos and insightful content through every project you lead.
