2025 Working in Science Internship Program at AstraZeneca (July – September)

The Internship Program at AstraZeneca is aimed at graduates and students of the last years of universities who want to use the knowledge gained during their studies in practice. This is an opportunity to raise your professional qualifications in one of the most innovative global biotechnology companies.

Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit is focused on helping patients with COPD, Asthma & Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) to better control their diseases. We are interacting with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) to provide knowledge about our products. We are also involved in cooperation with patients' organizations to educate patients about the diseases & to raise their awareness. 

Requirements:

Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data, with proficiency in tools such as Excel or similar data analysis software.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to produce clear and effective marketing content.Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to different roles and responsibilities as needed.Interest in Pharmaceuticals: A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with a basic understanding of AstraZeneca’s products and market presence.

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of both Polish and English languageExcellent computer and relevant software skillsAI enthusiast, familiar with top AI toolsAbility to learn & adapt fast to changing environmentPrioritizes workload, great organizational skillsAbility to work with others – works well with other people. Relates to them in an attentive and adroit way. Posting is closing 31st of March 2025. All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process, you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. At the end of April, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

The internships will start in July and last from 3 months.

We work in a hybrid scheme, be prepared to work partially office based.
