Background & Purpose of the Job 

This is an exciting opportunity to support Unilever’s growth engine into the future! We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized person who will be responsible for the activation of our brand strategy in Malaysia across consumer-facing channels. You will be part of the global and local marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do 

Assist in the operations, planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Work with agencies and KOLs to develop social content for the brand aligned with campaign objectives

Assist in the creation of marketing assets/materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives

Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Other marketing-related tasks as assigned 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.

Demonstrate a strong commitment and a good team player
