Summary: 

NABHOLZ seeks to provide interns with learning opportunities in a dynamic environment. Interns apply and test their knowledge and skills on project sites and/or in an office environment. NABHOLZ is proud of its history of developing successful relationships with various universities and ultimately hiring talented construction management students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Design / layout production

Assist senior designers in maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. Assist in day-to-day creative tasks including advertising and marketing collaterals using Adobe Creative Suite. Editing and color correcting photographs such as employee headshots, etc. using Adobe Creative Suite. Assists when needed with print and photography needs for events. Help to maintain file system of advertising, marketing collateral, and photography. Assist in creating social media advertising. Works cooperatively and positively with all Nabholz staff.

Corporate Website Maintenance

Maintain, update, and add content to website using WordPress CMS

Client Survey System Administration

Check data for errors and make necessary corrections, working with appropriate Nabholz team member(s) as needed. Upload data to survey system and send/schedule survey emails. Assist Nabholz employees with survey-related tasks as requested.                      

Video Production

Assist with pre-production planning, including: Project scheduling. Concept and script development. Talent sourcing and coordination. Production scheduling and logistics. Equipment and supply preparation, procurement, and maintenance. Production team travel arrangements. Provide production assistance during video shoots, including: Equipment set-up. Collecting release forms as needed. Coordinating with talent, crew, and other stakeholders to keep production on schedule and ensure all content is produced as planned. Operating sound and video equipment under the supervision of Manager.

Education/Skill Requirements:

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a college or University. Junior or Senior-level digital marketing and/or design or equivalent

Physical Demands:

Travel overnight as projects or corporate responsibilities require. Continuously sit, stand, or walk. Bend, squat, climb stairs, or ladders. Lift frequently, occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Work environment:

Office, cubicle, jobsite, or workstation. Some jobs expose workers to harmful materials or chemicals, fumes, odors, electricity, loud noise, or dangerous machinery.
