Marketing Intern

Now, as Barilla Turkey we are looking for a marketing intern to join our team! We are searching for candidates who are willing to be part of Barilla Turkey for 6 months, available minimum 3 days in a week. Job Description: + Support the marketing team in executing plans of the brands, including assisting in ATL and BTL activities. + Assist in the implementation of marketing activities such as communication development, media monitoring, PR & influencer campaigns, and on-ground brand activations. + Contribute to the tracking and analysis of brand performance and KPIs in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales teams. + Provide support in analyzing market trends and competitive landscape. + Help in the coordination of product portfolio projects, including preparation for product launches and updates. + Assist in managing relationships with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Sales) and external partners (media, creative, and PR agencies). + Support the monitoring of marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure effective allocation. Qualifications: + Minimum 3rd grade students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Strong interest in FMCG marketing and brand management. + Proficiency in English. + Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. + Analytical mindset combined with creativity. + Previous experience in digital marketing, influencer management, or market research is a plus.
