Marketing Intern
Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Campaign Performance Team, specifically working with the Promo, PPC and Business Intelligence teams supporting the Medical Communications, myCME, NACE, and McKnight’s brands. This position is located in our New York, NY office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote.
Job Overview:
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the entire Campaign Performance team in the promotion of our online websites, articles, and campaigns to ensure 100% delivery.
Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative, including:
Write copy for various promotional efforts including email, social media, on-site ads, native ads, etc.
Produce emails in Eloqua and Constant Contact and schedule them via Quickbase
Schedule social media posts via Sprout Social
Review stats and analytics results from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
Create banner ads within Canva
Develop ad modules in Oracle Infinity
Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
Update tracking documents via Google sheets
Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations
Other marketing initiatives, as assigned
Skills Desired:
Major in Marketing or Communications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues
Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred
What We Offer:
Location: New York City
Salary: $16.50/hr.
Start Date/ Duration: June 16, 2025 to August 15, 2025 (9 weeks)
Schedule: 32 hours a week; Hybrid; Summer Fridays
