**The Opportunity**
+ Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various marketing channels to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
+ Monitor and analyze digital marketing information such as CRM data and conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement, and project information.
+ Support the drafting of narratives and visual content to communicate data and information insights for use in presentations and other materials.
+ Participate in market research, gathering information about competitors, market trends, and client preferences.
+ Support the generation of reports with a focus on storytelling, and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights to optimize outcomes.
+ Update and maintain information in databases informing the team’s marketing strategy work
+ Support knowledge management and storytelling efforts across the MCBD team.
+ Work with MCBD team members across the region to deliver strategic marketing campaigns

**Qualifications **
+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher (open to all majors- marketing, business administration, knowledge management, engineering, architectural studies, history, etc,)
+ Good verbal, written and visual communication skills
+ Must have strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.
+ An ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels
+ Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, PowerBI, Microsoft Co-pilot; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
+ Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role

+ Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail
+ Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
+ Self-motivated, innovative thinker, willing to take on new challenges
+ Experience with a CRM systems is preferred

**New York Hiring** **Range** – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York is $24 to $34 per hour. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York will differ.
