As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

We’re looking for a candidate who can combine technical excellence, strong communication skills and project management capabilities with an ability to challenge our thinking and make a difference.
You will assist in the rollout of the global and regional marketing and business unit strategic objectives. You will also be involved with our subject matter experts and will be responsible for developing or amending business content into client literature, press releases, award submissions, planning of events and conferences, and may also support internal communications and global campaigns. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, the role is an opportunity for you to contribute to the evolution of Hatch’s marketing services.
You will: Be given opportunities to contribute to complex projects in meaningful ways.  Work on problems and gain experience in the office and on project sites. Collaborate with diverse teams locally and globally.  Work in an exciting environment where you can apply your academic learning on a daily basis.  Benefit from informal mentorship from some of the leading minds and authorities in the industry. Join in charitable, social, and sports activities with other Hatch employees.    Responsibilities: Supporting Hatch's marketing and communications team. Interfacing with Hatch business groups in the areas of mining and metals, energy, infrastructure, digital solutions and other business practices. Attending and contributing to department and project team meetings. Other administrative duties as assigned. What you will learn: Good working knowledge and understanding of the scope and elements of both internal and external marcom activities in a global, multibillion-dollar engineering consulting firm, known for excellence in innovation and project management. The various elements of style and technical specificity as they relate to marketing and communications in engineering disciplines. Appreciation for the full lifecycle and process of developing different marketing and communication products. The different types of writing, graphics and overall development that apply to different products. Have great presentation and speaking skills.
