Marketing Intern- Part-time » Date:Feb 7, 2025 Location: City of Industry, CA, US Company: Leggett & Platt West Coast Furniture Division with Leggett & Platt - is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, promote our Sleeper’s mattresses, and secure the sale. + Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our line of sofa sleep mattresses in a professional environment + You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy sofa sleeper’s mattresses. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. + Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning techniques + Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in a log + Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. + Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about mattress options. + Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits + Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system + Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information + Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management. + Other duties assign by Supervisor. Skills: + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Proficient in English + Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone + Self-motivated and target-driven mindset + Ability to work well in a team environment + Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. + Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
