Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Marketing Lead – ePatch

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for our Philips Extender Holter – ePatch Solution within a broader product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning our products effectively, generating demand, and empowering the sales team to drive revenue growth.

As a key marketing leader, you will develop and implement impactful B2B growth, sales enablement, and demand generation strategies that enhance market visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive lead acquisition. Your efforts will focus on expanding brand awareness, capturing new business opportunities, growing market share, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Your role:

Develop and execute the marketing strategy to elevate the Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Portfolio and Philips Extended Holter – ePatch within the larger product portfolio.Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, ensuring our product positioning and marketing initiatives remain differentiated and aligned with industry dynamics.Drive demand generation through innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, enhancing lead flow and sales enablement.Strengthen customer relationships, driving share of wallet and increasing brand loyalty.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for growth.


You're the right fit if:

You have 8+ years in healthcare B2B marketing with proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi-omni-channel strategyYou have a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredYou have direct experience designing, executing and measuring a content marketing strategy and are a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendationsYou have experience with online and offline channel mix, exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proficiently write targeted and compelling marketing contentYou have a start-up mentality with the ability to navigate a large organization. You must be positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, relentless, organized, timely and detailed-driven.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $114,000 to $196,000

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,000 to $209,000

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA or Cambridge, MA.
