Marketing Lead, Strategic Projects - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Job Description: This role will be responsible for leading and optimising the UKI Small & Accountants marketing plan for Strategic Projects, such as Sage Copilot and Fintech, launching, setting and delivering against the targets and revenue plans in region (supporting consideration, preference, units) and driving inlife (upsell, cross sell, add-on, adoption) to drive revenue growth. Marketing Lead for the Copilot & Fintech squads, being an integral part of crafting the strategy and plans for these projects, working with matrix team and senior leaders. Lead on trading interlock with performance in region for strategic projects – driving performance & optimisation. This role will oversee the development and execution of data driven, ROI-focused campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive collaboration, prioritisation and execution through the UKIA digital & campaign hubs. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle, Manchester or Winnersh offices. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Lead & Cross functional Collaboration for Strategic Projects (Copilot & Fintech) interlocking with UKI Small leadership team - accountable for delivering against regional targets. • Strategy Development & plan ownership (strategic & demand plan) for strategic projects across all channels – develop and lead the performance through lockstep with RTR organisation and squads, through the Annual budget planning process & ongoing trading / roadmap launches, seasonal opportunities etc. • Accountability for marketing performance and contribution to BU in region, relevant to each strategic project. • Primary lead to interlock with UKIA digital & campaign hubs to construct plan, prioritise, execute & optimise performance, in relation to strategic projects. • Performance Analysis and reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, adoption rates etc. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Own trading process through weekly squad and performance calls & hub interlocks. • Data-Driven Decision making: leverage analytics, testing and performance data to make informed decisions and implement strategies to improve metrics relevant to the project, incl. overall campaign effectiveness through to revenue. • Budget Management: Oversee allocation and management of budget ensuring spend optimised and aligned to business objectives. Track, report and adjust as needed to ensure maximum ROI. • Lockstep with IC strategic teams, Brand and PMM to ensure requirements for strategic projects in region are met and tight collaboration on priorities.
