As our CISS Marketing Lead, you’ll join the UK & Ireland Print Marketing team—a dynamic group of brand and marketing experts passionate about delivering measurable business results. You will translate business insights into comprehensive marketing plans that set the stage for success. This is a generalist role where you’ll harness your broad expertise to deliver large-scale, integrated campaigns that resonate across every customer touchpoint. You will also work closely with retail and trade marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop, refine, and implement marketing strategies that align with local business priorities. Collaborate with Category teams to set quarterly targets and drive strategic outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with category, sales, channel marketing, omnichannel, and store teams to synchronize 4P strategies for seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Integrated Campaign Leadership:
Lead the development of media briefs, set KPIs, and approve media plans. Continuously review performance reports to ensure campaign success.
Enhanced Customer Experience:
Optimize the customer journey across platforms—including HP.com as well as retail and e-tail sites—to create engaging and unified experiences.
Creative Asset Development:
Collaborate with global teams as well as our local brand specialist to design and adapt marketing assets that capture attention and communicate our brand story effectively.
Performance Marketing & Experimentation:
Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) and data science teams to design experiments, run A/B tests, and deploy data-driven strategies that maximize ROI.
E-Commerce Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns in collaboration with our COE teams, driving online engagement and sales.
Retail & Trade Marketing Support:
Work alongside our retail and trade marketing teams to integrate campaign strategies and maintain consistent messaging across customer channels.
Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget for CISS Print hardware, ensuring optimal allocation of quarterly and annual resources to achieve business goals.
Who You Are
Experienced Marketing Professional:
You bring 7-10 years of robust experience in marketing and campaign management.
Comprehensive Multi-Channel & Influencer Marketing Specialist:
You have a proven track record in executing campaigns across diverse channels—including digital, traditional media, and influencer marketing—ensuring cohesive brand messaging and high engagement.
Data-Driven Strategist:
Your experience in performance marketing and experimentation helps you optimize campaigns based on rigorous data analysis.
Influential Leader:
You can cut through silos to influence cross-functional teams and effectively manage large-scale marketing programs.
Proactive Self-Starter:
You take initiative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and consistently deliver tangible results.
Consumer Electronics Marketing Background (Preferred):
