POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Lead-Health will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and the broader corporate marketing and communications team. The role supports the execution of marketing activities that align with the health disciplines strategic goals to drive growth and elevate the Milliman Health brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Sr. Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the health business and enhance brand visibility. Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in key account marketing and client relationship management (CRM) initiatives. Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery. Assist in developing best practices for RFP responses and supporting client presentations. Provide support and coordination for strategic promotional events such as events, webinars and conferences, including promotion and follow-up activities. Assist in driving Milliman Health discipline revenue growth by supporting development and execution of marketing plans that align with Health discipline or practice objectives. Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation and performance tracking. Assist in analyzing campaign data (outbound marketing, events, social), working closely with digital marketing and content teams measure effectiveness and ROI. Contribute to the assessment of investment for various marketing campaigns and activities. Assist in effectively managing the marketing budget.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must be proficient in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools and analytics software. The ideal candidate must have strong project management and organizational skills. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Must have strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. Must have attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have a thorough understanding of marketing principals, strategies, and best practices. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this role is $73,000 to $144,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
