Marketing Manager, Acquisition, Amazon Flex, Amazon Flex
Description The Amazon Flex team is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the acquisition and activation of Delivery Partners in Mexico. This individual would be in charge of devising and executing the offline and online performance marketing strategy to acquire new deliver partners for the Amazon Flex program across different regions and vehicle types in Mexico. This role will work closely with marketing teams and agencies to create consistent experiences for audience cohorts, and drive innovation in developing new marketing channels and initiatives to grow the program. Key job responsibilities • Partner with Capacity & Planning team to set new Delivery Partner recruitment targets • Own the holistic implementation plan across SEM, Paid Job Boards, Social, SEO and Programmatic Digital Product • Own the holistic implementation plan across different offline channels (OOH, radio, guerrilla) • Execute strategic initiatives for improving onboarding experience and activation rate • Oversee the execution of individual channel plans and ongoing tracking, working with the teams and agencies on daily optimizations to deliver lead targets by region • Monitor channel analytics such as; visitation data, leads, conversion rate, Cost Per Lead and new accounts created, in order to improve channel performance overtime • Collaborate with functional experts; Marketing, Finance, Program Managers, Capacity & Planning in order to identify growth areas and enhance business performance About the team At Amazon we are building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Advanced English proficiency (B2+) - Completed Bachelors degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
