Marketing Manager, APAC Prime
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts targeting Amazon customers in Australia. The Marketing and Prime team’s goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for shopping.

Key job responsibilities
The candidate should have experience crafting integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and building relationships with internal stakeholders, driving campaigns optimization and results, and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. A can-do, entrepreneurial attitude will be required to make the most of the systems we have in place to deliver against new customer acquisition, conversion and funnel optimization targets. The candidate will be tasked to ideate and test new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn’t), and leveraging opportunities to scale based on results. The candidate will be required to prioritise effectively and to be able to identify and deliver optimization of resource usage with a view to reduce manual efforts and automate leveraging the Amazon scale, inventing new processes and simplifying existing ones.

Above all, this person must be comfortable with ambiguity and agile in managing experimentation and change. Responsibilities include:

- Crafting and implementing GTM strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion and frequency.
- Devising Content Marketing strategies, effectively working on Amazon content marketing tools and platforms to execute experiments that test and prove these strategies.
- Devise Test & learn opportunities followed by post-mortems.
- Creating merchandising placements having agreed a roadmap with Prime benefit and central marketing teams.
- Working with marketing channel owners to execute planned strategies and iterate, being the champion for the customer voice.
- Working closely in partnership with benefit teams to ensure marketing strategy executed and the planned benefit strategy elevates the customer experience.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics, reporting on results and recommending areas for improvement.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to educate marketing channel owners and benefit managers, and other stakeholders on initiative performance to improve and makes recommendation to the business
