We’re seeking a driven and collaborative Brand Partnership Manager to grow Redfin’s brand presence through high-impact partnerships and smart integrations. In this role, you’ll lead a new initiative to increase Redfin’s online presence through strategic collaborations with popular brands and high-traffic sites. Your work will help us reach new audiences, boost visibility across digital channels, and drive long-term brand value. From negotiating deals to overseeing technical integrations of Redfin’s data with partner sites, you’ll be at the center of efforts to make Redfin more discoverable online.
The Role
Brand-Driven Partnerships: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that increase Redfin’s online visibility through data and product integrations, content distribution, and other strategic collaborations.
Integration Oversight: Manage and coordinate technical integrations with partners, including Redfin’s APIs and other digital assets, ensuring a smooth and scalable process.
Deal Structuring: Shape and negotiate terms with potential partners that support both growth and brand goals, including possible revenue sharing, promotional collaboration, content distribution, and digital integrations.
Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a network of partners, building collaborative and value-driven relationships that continuously elevate Redfin’s brand.
Cross-Team Execution: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and PR, to align efforts with overall brand and business strategy.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the impact of partnerships on Redfin’s online presence while making recommendations on how to further scale growth.
About You
3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or a similar role — preferably within tech, real estate, media, or data-focused environments.
Proven ability to grow brand awareness through digital partnerships, data sharing, or content collaborations.
Experience coordinating API or other digital asset integrations.
Strong communicator and deal-closer with an eye for win-win opportunities that elevate online brand visibility.
Experience in SEO, digital PR, and content syndication as part of brand-building strategies.
Highly organized, with experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and partnership performance.

Base Pay Range: $80,500.00 - 120,500.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
