We seek a highly motivated individual with experience and passion on car audio aftermarket business, with solid experience and expertise on Marketing/PR/Retail Marketing in similar business. The successful candidate will join our marketing team to oversee and contribute recurrent content to holistically support our car aftermarket marketing communication both in offline & EC channel, and increase conversion rate accordingly.  

Responsibilities:
    Develop annual marketing plan including communication, EC marketing and retail marketing plan by demonstrating strategic thinking in building annual plans and timelines throughout the year
    Leverage existing EC relations and cultivate new contacts, seeking high-level cooperation in EC platform
    Create juicy product stories and contents 
    Maintain a keen understanding of industry / communication trends affecting consumers and make appropriate recommendations
    Manage agencies and full teams in that regard
    Monitor, analyze and communicate marketing results on a monthly basis
Qualifications
•    Working experience in car aftermarket industry or work for car aftermarket clients in PR agency; should be a team leader while in agency side
•    Deep insight on our target audiences and Chinese media landscape; and to adjust communication matrix accordingly
•    Ability to identify/concept creative ideas that can match and promote our brands and products with popular/trendy manners
•    Ability to independently identify and capitalize on business opportunities, an agile self-starter, results-orientated, and able to deal with ambiguity
•    Able to work and deliver quality outcomes against set timelines
•    Proven experience and ability to work cross-functionally, both internal & external. Able to develop and maintain different kinds of relationships.
•    Fluent English writing and speaking level
•    Very skillful in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•    Team player
