Marketing Manager, Card Present Solution

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our restaurant EPOS system and payment solutions in the United Kingdom and across Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UK and European markets, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our solutions, including product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to the UK and European markets. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, website content, videos, and social media posts. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our POS solutions and generate leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the payments, point of sale, or other B2B technology sectors.  Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be located in the Southern part of UK
