The Marketing Manager, Digital & Integrations will help us redefine the way Bell Partners leverages technology to elevate our marketing strategies and operational effectiveness. This role will be at the forefront of integrating and optimizing marketing technology systems, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovation to enhance our marketing efforts. This role will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to improve processes and create efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the integration and optimization of marketing technology platforms to align with property management systems and CRM ecosystems, driving operational efficiencies across departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure service excellence, ongoing innovation, and alignment with Bell Partners’ marketing goals.
Collaborate with development teams to manage internal databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across marketing systems.
Partner with the marketing team to understand business needs and deliver effective, tech-driven solutions that support those needs.
Lead the selection, testing, and implementation of new marketing technologies designed to increase operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Manage pilot initiatives, assess performance metrics, and oversee the roll-out of new technologies across Bell Partners’ portfolio.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance marketing operations and streamline workflows.
Implement and enforce data standardization systems such as Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS) to ensure consistent and seamless data flow across systems.
Stay informed on the latest trends in marketing technology and proactively identify opportunities for innovation that can improve marketing processes and the customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing Technology and/or PropTech, preferably within the multifamily real estate industry.
Proficiency in various marketing technology tools and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Proven experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and platform management, particularly with tools like Yardi or RealPage (preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage multiple vendors, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical abilities, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging data to improve marketing strategies and performance.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations related to marketing technology operations.
