Marketing Manager, EMEA
Position Specification Role Title:            Marketing Manager - EMEA Reports to:          VP, Marketing Location:             Manchester, UK The Position CPM is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing organization and lead operational marketing activities in EMEA. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, EMEA is accountable for executing marketing activities such as trade shows, customer activities, and campaigns across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They will provide the voice of the region to the global marketing team and be responsible for local marketing leadership, counsel, direction, and decision-making. This person will also contribute marketing expertise and knowledge to ensure brand consistency, differentiation, and quality in the execution of all marketing activities in the region. The role serves as a contributor to profitable regional sales growth through creative, on-time, and integrated campaigns. Other duties may be required or assigned by the company. Main accountabilities, responsibilities, and deliverables:   + Lead all marketing activities in the region, regardless of business unit or market. + Organize all aspects of regional events and trade shows including the coordination of booth space, graphics and set-up; product, equipment, and parts promotions; all logistics including shipment of equipment and other materials; customer invitations, meetings, and communication; media outreach; presentation and speaking opportunities; associated social media campaign; sponsorships; post-mortem evaluation; and overall tracking of the associated budgets. + Plan and implement localized aftermarket campaigns that are aligned with sales growth strategies. Includes the development of creative campaign materials and messaging and recommending the appropriate channels to use (e.g., email, social, paid ads, etc.). + Localize brochures, presentations, images, and other marketing assets as needed including any necessary translations. + Organize thought leadership opportunities with industry media trade publications and groups to elevate CPM, its solutions, and its people in relevant industry conversations. + Plan and implement regional customer webinars and email marketing, and other communications as needed. + Own the marketing relationship with the various regional associations and memberships as needed to maximize our investment and seize opportunities. + Serve as the marketing resource and brand gatekeeper for all commercial team members, including third-party sales representatives. + Own social media content for the region, in alignment and collaboration with the corporate digital and social team. + Stay abreast of industry trends in the region including customer competitive analysis. + Uphold and promote the CPM brand in the region. The Qualifications:   + Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting. + Experience with planning and executing trade show participation. + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, business, or related field. The Person: The successful candidate must be a strong cultural fit and bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture. + Experience in marketing and marketing communications planning and execution with proven ROI. + Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver multiple activities simultaneously. + Experience developing brand, or multi-brand, strategies. + Deep understanding of regional customer requirements and trends. + General channel knowledge – digital, events, media, etc. + Creative and articulate with good storytelling skills. + Strong leadership including the ability to influence people. + Passionate to build faster, better, and more efficient processes within a complex organization.   CPM Acquisition Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
