As an Events and Seasonal Marketing Manager, you should be a self-starter who can: 1) Apply excellent, data-driven business judgment to deliver results in a rapidly evolving environment, 2) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders both within marketing and across business units to build exciting online event and seasonal experiences for customers, and 3) Own online marketing deliverables and content for key business periods.
Key job responsibilities
The Events and Seasonal Marketing Manager will work closely and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop marketing and online content strategy for both peak and evergreen traffic periods. The Events and Seasonal Marketing Manager will own guiding these projects to completion to hit customer, revenue, and profitability goals.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Own online marketing strategy and site merchandising content, executing multi-channel marketing tactics to drive customer engagement during peak and evergreen traffic periods
-Develop and manage seasonal marketing content calendar, including go-to-market event plans, project work-backs and execution plans for each event
-Perform post-event deep dives, compiling and analyzing event and campaign performance metrics to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement
-Ensure high bar of online customer experience for events and seasonal periods
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders on online marketing strategy and inputs, ensuring deliverables are met and processes are in place to maintain quality execution
-Establish guidelines and best practices for, including but not limited to, Events and Seasonal: calendar, stakeholder communications, standard operating procedures (SOP), and documentation of mechanisms
-Write and contribute to documents for leadership and stakeholders, supporting in-depth business reviews and presenting results and insights
