MBA is preferred.Experience and Skills:Required: 3 or more years previous product management and/or pharmaceutical commercial experience.Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and innovative attitude, in developing and implementing breakthrough marketing strategies, aligned with business goals and compliance regulations.Proficient in analyzing market data, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.Experience driving digital marketing and customer engagement tools and techniques, including content marketing.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging and engaging diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeliness.Preferred:English/French bilingualism is an assetDiversity and inclusion are central elements of the shared culture across the Johnson Johnson Family of Companies.
