Based from our Singapore office, we are seeking a committed, empowered and motivated Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone who can bring their unwavering dedication in managing marketing initiatives for brand and market awareness for our K12 product-set, both digital (Access portfolio) and print. Our new Marketing Manager will develop and own regional field-based marketing that will include events and go-to-market strategies. How can you make an impact? Reporting to the K12/ELT Marketing Director for International, the Marketing Manager for I&S works closely with Product Management, Sales, peer Marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams to support the development of effective intervention product and integrated marketing strategies that maximize revenue, maintain targeted margins, ensure consistent product use, foster user communities, and maintain high levels of satisfaction for each owned product across all phases of the life cycle. Additionally, this individual will partner with sales to engage with customers as well as learn from industry experts to build a base of knowledge beyond what can be learned from internal data sources. The Marketing Manager working with the I&S team specifically must be deeply knowledgeable, nimble, and agile to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving literacy and math educational landscape. They must be able to distinguish between a variety of product offerings, manage many projects at one time, execute on tasks to completion, and exercise independent judgment. What you will be doing: Works closely with the academic team and wider K12 International marketing team to execute on end-to-end (product to customer) go-to-market strategy for the I&S portfolio of products. Review and translate market research to understand needs and to integrate them into our marketing strategies and product needs. Generate demand for the I&S portfolio by developing and executing a marketing plan against revenue targets, develop a sales pipeline in partnership with the I&S Academic Specialist, and close opportunities both independently and in partnership with Account Managers. Develop value proposition and messaging that speaks to customer needs and the product positioning. Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and provide competitive differentiation through sales support and the development of marketing strategies. Represents and communicates the voice of the customer in key business decisions, working cross-functionally with counterparts in Product Management, PMO, Product and Academic Design, Finance, and Sales. Provide hands-on support, pricing, bundling, and positioning for intervention/supplemental products and alternative core solutions to align with Core across K12 International. We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications or related field. 7+ years of experience in Education Product Marketing, related sales functions, and/or K-12 intervention/supplemental-specific field experience. Experience with designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies. Passion for making analytics-based decisions. Customer-first orientation. 48835
