Purpose of the Role:
The NEA Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing regional marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and client engagement across Northeast Asia (NEA). This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives, strengthening BSI’s market presence, and enabling revenue generation through effective campaigns, thought leadership, and strategic communications.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the NEA Head of Sales & Marketing and local business leaders to translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing actions. This includes identifying market opportunities, supporting the launch of new services, managing partner and digital channels, and generating high-quality leads for key domains such as Sustainability and Digital Trust.
In addition, the role will collaborate with global and regional marketing functions to ensure alignment with brand standards and global campaigns while tailoring messages to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing plans that support NEA business objectives, with a focus on strategic growth areas such as Sustainability and Digital Trust.2. Campaign Execution and Lead Generation:
Design and deliver integrated campaigns (digital, content, events) to generate leads, support pipeline growth, and increase client engagement.3. Brand and Thought Leadership:
Elevate BSI’s visibility in the NEA market through PR, success stories, webinars, and sustainability-focused content aligned with local trends.4. Product and Service Launch Support:
Partner with business leaders and service owners to promote new offerings, certifications, and training programs across NEA.5. Cross-Market Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales teams in Taiwan, Korea, and other NEA locations to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing messages.6. Channel and Partner Marketing:
Support development of co-marketing plans with strategic partners and key accounts to expand reach and reinforce value propositions.7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI using marketing analytics tools; regularly report results to the Head of Sales & Marketing.Skills Experience & Qualification:
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Minimum 8 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in professional services, sustainability, consulting, certification, or a related industry.Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and revenue generation.3. Cross-Regional Experience
Proven ability to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple countries or regions, preferably within Northeast Asia.Experience managing multicultural, cross-location teams (approx. 10 people), ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives.4. Digital & Content Marketing Proficiency
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM) and experience using CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot/Marketo.Ability to produce or manage high-quality marketing content tailored to different client segments and service domains.5. Communication & Language Skills
Communication skills in both written and spoken English.Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.6. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Strong interpersonal skills to influence, align, and work effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, technical teams, and global marketing functions.7. Analytical and Commercial Insight
Ability to interpret data and market trends, assess campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.Business-minded and results-oriented, with a clear understanding of marketing’s role in supporting sales targets and pipeline health.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
