Principal Responsibilities
Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive retail products (card/loans/deposit) growth for different customer groups/segments via different channelsIndependently manage and ensure smooth programme implementationDrive digital acquisition for cardConduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programmeConduct programme evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvementsManage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department’s guidelinesLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiativesEnsure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
