Marketing Manager, Service Marketing
**Job Description Summary** Reporting directly to the Associate Manager, Service Marketing the Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing budgets, developing marketing campaigns, creating marketing materials, creating and sustaining services and conducting market research. This role is crucial to the evolution of MMS as the success and execution of the programs will elevate success and the customer experience. Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for planning, creating, and executing service offerings and campaigns to grow BD's service portfolio, and increasing customer satisfaction + Educate both internal and external stakeholders about service features and their benefits + Ability to work cross functionality and work well under pressure with competing and shifting deadlines + Responsibilities include oversight of NEW MMS Support marketing programs end to end + Responsible for crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches + Create content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies (https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/case-studies-template?hubs\_content=blog.hubspot.com/marketing/marketing-job-descriptions&hubs\_content-cta=case%20studies) , videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of the portfolio + Assist members of our sales team (at times lead) on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the services + Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story and value messaging + Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to adoption and usage. + Develop financial modeling, ROI and cost models for new services or changes to existing **Requirements:** + Minimum BA/BS degree + Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in downstream marketing, product marketing, and/or product management (service marketing is a plus) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role + Proficiency in content management + Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity + Expert in power point + Strategic thinker, visionary For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
