The ideal candidate will be based in Suzhou, China, and fluent in both Korean and English. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the South Korean market and the ability to drive marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. Experience in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) or pharmaceutical industry is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement marketing strategies and operational plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to enhance the growth of our laboratory solutions for drug development in South Korea. + Create effective lead generation plans to nurture the early-stage pipeline of the business. Evaluate and monitor the productivity of marketing initiatives to achieve high ROI. + Identify and leverage both external and internal channels to drive brand recognition and awareness. + Partner with the insights team to map out the competitive landscape, monitor trends, and identify key opportunities. + Develop compelling, high-quality content and materials to support key marketing campaigns. + Conduct detailed analysis and routine reporting on business performance and customer segmentation. + Edit local language content for service line collateral, presentations, websites, and other customer communications. + Build and manage local agency partners in South Korea, providing clear direction using creative briefs. + Collaborate closely with the sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans. + Build strong relationships with the sales team, establishing credibility and rapport, and collaborate on key customer initiatives and presentations. + Understand the external context and interact closely with key external stakeholders to identify and execute plans. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharma, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or other related fields; MBA is a plus. + Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in MNCs, preferably in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry. + Native Korean speaker + Fluent in English (both written and spoken) + Strong understanding of the South Korean market and cultural nuances, with prior work experience in South Korea being desirable. + Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with high ROI. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible working hours across time zones. + Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other marketing tools/software. + Experience in digital marketing and content strategy, including omni-channel marketing. + Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills. + Willingness to travel and work independently/autonomously. + Experience in vendor management and data-driven decision making. **Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:** As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
