Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Marketing Manager, Upstream - Fixation to join our Spine Marketing Department located in Raynham, MA. The role of the Marketing Manager, Upstream - Fixation is to drive JJMT Spine strategy for NPI development. Identifying areas and solutions that will maximize value for customers and further enhance and entrench the organization’s overall value proposition, and, accordingly, allocating resources against the projects that will drive the greatest ROI for the business. Responsibilities: + Develops and manages commercial strategies for a new product development project in spinal fixation to achieve business plans + Manage a rigorous, robust, and standardized business case process for new product development project, through collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure HEMA, sales, and operational assumptions (e.g. E&O, inventory, etc.) are scrutinized and validated + Manage customer engagements, domestic and global, to create sustainable relationships, understand needs, and leverage insights to right-size scope of projects + Support R&D in the assessment of external partners used to accelerate innovation + Assess future financial implications of NPI launches, inclusive of CAPEX, inventory, E&O on focus and legacy brand + Critically examine market dynamics to support strategic and tactical marketing plans + Incorporate DE&I efforts (e.g. Women in Spine) in the new product development process to drive sustainable progress **Qualifications** + A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. + Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years progressive business experience. + 2 years of healthcare or medical device experience is preferred. + Proven strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with regional and global business partners + A strong ability to connect new product development strategy to greater ROI + Understanding of business processes involved in operating in the medical devices, robotics and/or digital space + Key performance areas include communication skills, product management, analytical skills, successful team player, and ability to influence others. + Demonstrated ability to build, test, and gain support for strategies + Demonstrate effective planning and prioritization skills and establishes self as expert and leader for new product development project + Ability to communicate effectively to inform senior leaders of critical inputs for strategic and organizational implications of issues or decisions + Proven ability to review data sets and discern trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvements + Creative thinking and strong customer centric problem-solving skills + Strong presentation skills and ability to influence others + Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a knowledgeable business partner + Ability to work within a matrix organization and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment + Should have a track record of career advancement and exceeding expectations + Travel up to 25% The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
