This role will be responsible for leading pursuits end-to-end with the strategic development and production of deliverables. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing outstanding materials and business development content toolkits. This role works closely with Sustainability leaders and coordinates with functional experts in operations, technology, marketing, and legal in the preparation of complex pursuit submissions. This high-visibility position calls for a confident marketing professional with excellent capabilities in win strategy development, writing, project management, and collaboration. The preferred candidate is self-directed with a steadfast attention to detail and experience in a deadline driven environment. Commercial Real Estate, Sustainability and/or consulting firm experience is a plus. **What You'll Do:** + Runs end-to-end pursuit process including coordinating pursuit team, engaging appropriate platform resources, setting and maintaining expectations and ensuring project is completed and submitted on time + Leads overall pursuit content creation for Sustainability with a heavy emphasis on writing and weaving material from a variety of sources into cohesive, compelling results + Coordinates collaboration across solution architects and leadership while under tight deadlines + Devises win strategies for new business pursuits with sales and authors creative messaging and themes to tell an outstanding story in pursuit materials + Researches and resolves sophisticated issues pertaining to RFP responses, while articulating CBRE’s capabilities and value proposition in accordance with client requirements + Serves as the liaison with subject matter experts across the platform to ensure the appropriate content is used effectively + Conducts extensive due diligence on the client’s background, company culture and brand to ensure a customized, client-centric approach + Partners with graphic designer to develop customized materials for each opportunity + Coordinates, manages and leads team meetings working with leadership and sales professionals, managing the entire process, pursuit team, results, and deadline + Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively in a creative manner. + Develop and maintain to the ongoing optimization of Sustainability pursuit toolkit by aggregating and maintaining pursuit resources and toolkit for best practices, effective content, and successful deliverables + Works heavily within PowerPoint, Word and InDesign to build and design marketing and presentation materials + Other duties may be assigned. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience where you working with a B2B team presenting complex ideas and campaigns to people at all levels to drive measurable change. + Background leading (directly or indirectly) at least one junior marketing professional that produced results based on your direction. + Understand maintaining the integrity of a brand and feel confident crafting your own concepts as well, and know how to manipulate designs and collateral in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. + Comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most sophisticated business documents. + Respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. + Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. + Ability to empower and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. + Solve sophisticated problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. + Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. The minimum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $105,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
