The Role
As Marketing Manager, Travel & Tourism, you’ll be the visionary behind powerful marketing strategies that captivate, engage, and inspire travelers. From multi-channel digital campaigns to strategic partnerships with top travel brands, you’ll take the lead in shaping the future of travel marketing.
What You’ll Do Create Magic: Develop and execute compelling, data-driven campaigns that bring our brand to life and spark a passion for travel. Lead with Strategy: Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives that seamlessly blend digital, social, email, paid media, and experiential marketing. Own Campaigns from Start to Finish: Conceptualize, plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and impact. Partner with the Best: Cultivate relationships with leading travel suppliers (Disney, Royal Caribbean, WestJet, and more), influencers, and tourism boards to elevate our brand and reach new audiences. Engage & Inspire: Craft captivating content and digital experiences that fuel wanderlust and drive engagement across multiple platforms. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and A/B testing to refine strategies, optimize performance, and achieve outstanding results. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of travel marketing. Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent our client at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, both virtually and in-person. What You Bring Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, including paid digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email, social media, influencer marketing, and OOH. Performance-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
