Marketing Manager

Main purpose of the position:

Driving customer centric growth: You will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, including strategy, segment and product messaging,  multichannel execution plan and performance reporting.

 

What you’ll do:

You will play a key role in creating best-in-class marketing  programs with a focus on delivering results and business outcomes.
 

Lead campaigns for some of our strategic programmes and markets, working closely with your workstream leaders and the business to develop the briefs, value propositions, campaign and other enablement content. Define and embed single Source of Truth for content – establish single source of truth through common communications flow and channels with a clear content structure, ensuring the right content is available on relevant platforms and channels for our commercial and revenue colleagues. Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that help build customer relationships, support commercial and revenue objectives. Develop value propositions and campaign narratives for key segments, service lines -  aligning with commercial objectives and audience needs Manage campaign execution including timelines, budgets, assets, and governance, ensuring delivery on time and to standard Support and advance continuous campaign optimisation efforts including analysing campaign results and gleaning insights.

 

Who you’ll work with:

You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced global team, working cross-functionally to ensure our marketing efforts are connected, creative, and commercial. Internal stakeholders across Group and Regional Marketing, Communications, Commercial and revenue teams Senior leaders, including global account teams, solution leads and regional marketing leads External creative and media agencies.

 

 

Key qualifications:

8+ years of  B2B marketing experience, preferably in facilities management, professional services, or complex matrixed organisations Proven experience in handling marketing  strategy and optimisation at a regional and global scale. Understand the execution engine broadly – tactics, channels, how the engine activates content to support GTM needs. Think differently to drive ideas, develop and produce creative campaign concepts. You hold a degree within Marketing.

 

Personal skills you excel:

Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements You have strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to motivate change - a problem solver and process-oriented. Great project management skills with attention to detail.
