On behalf of our client, a prestigious, locally owned real estate and property management firm, TalentWorld is hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager in Halifax. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence, attract tenants, and engage communities. From launching new developments and rebranding high-profile assets to crafting immersive digital experiences and memorable tenant events, this is a role where no two days are the same.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to support leasing, retention, and brand growth. Launch new developments, refresh property identities, and support capital improvements with compelling go-to-market strategies. Own the digital presence across SEO/SEM, paid media, web content, and social media. Oversee the production of high-quality print collateral, signage, and branded materials. Track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and deliver insight-driven recommendations. Plan engaging events, sponsorships, and on-site experiences that build community and brand loyalty. Manage budgets, creative vendors, and marketing partnerships. Work closely with internal teams across leasing, operations, and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
Marketing Manager Qualifications: A marketing leader with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ in a management role. Passionate about placemaking, design, and elevating brand narratives through creative execution. Experienced in real estate, property management, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (an asset). Tech-savvy and creative, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS tools, and marketing automation platforms. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and energized by both collaboration and ownership. Data-driven with strong reporting, project management, and presentation abilities.
