As a Marketing Manager specializing in Email Marketing, SEO, and Communications at 7Gen, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the success of our diverse range of products across multiple companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement effective strategies that boost product awareness, demand, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in email marketing, SEO, and communications will be crucial in achieving our marketing goals. Additionally, you will oversee a team of marketing specialists and content creators.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on email marketing, SEO, and communications to increase product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth for various companies within the Seven-Gen group. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and key value propositions for each company's products. Compelling Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively conveys the unique value of our products to the target audience. Go-to-Market Plans: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including product positioning, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing campaigns, with a special focus on email and SEO-driven initiatives. Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to support sales and marketing activities across multiple companies. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging email marketing, SEO strategies, events, social media, and PR. Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to equip them with effective sales tools, product training, and competitive insights to drive revenue growth. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of marketing specialists and writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their day-to-day activities. Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and maintenance of content assets, including website copy, blog articles, social media content, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand messaging and product positioning. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics, including product adoption, customer acquisition, revenue, and market share, utilizing data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
