Marketing Manager

What we need 

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to report to the Director of Marketing. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to craft compelling narratives and execute go-to-market plans that increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns, creating brand assets and content development for videos, press releases, advertising, and sales presentations. You will plan and manage a variety of marketing events, such as tradeshows, webcasts and executive roadshows.  

What we do 

The Marketing Team is part of the Sales organization and plays a critical role in driving revenue and growth by collaborating closely with Sales, Talent Acquisition and Investor Relations Teams to ensure communications clearly and consistently align to drive the brand forward. 

  

What you’ll do 

Craft and edit brand assets and content including videos, blog posts, press releases, advertising, case studies, infographics, sales presentations, award submissions and thought leadership 

Monitor market trends and conduct research to support content development 

Plan and manage events, including tradeshows, webcasts, and executive roadshows 

Identify appropriate speaking opportunities and work with internal thought leaders to support content development 

Orchestrate and oversee production resources to capture images and video that support brand storytelling 

Update and maintain brand standards and library of brand assets 

Create and maintain library of marketing assets and resources on SharePoint  

Support requests for branded materials 

Source, order, and manage branded merchandise 

What you’ll need 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 

Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience  

Project management: Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects 

Strong communication skills including interviewing, writing, and editing; Ability to write creative, storytelling copy and choose effective visuals  

Microsoft Whisperer: Advanced Proficiency in Excel, PPT and SharePoint, including templates, themes, Quick Styles 

Understanding of the C-level business executive audience (high-touch, long-tail consultative sales environment) 

Experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

Experience creating conceptual graphics and slides to concisely communicate key ideas and themes 

Travel: up to 20% within North America as needed to support projects. 

Other considerations

Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week based in Wilmington, MA office) 

Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to clients, marketing events and other customer locations 

Some walking, standing, lifting (under 50 lbs) and bending
