What the day will look like + Develop and complete the marketing plan, ensuring the effective process of growth strategies, digital campaigns and promoting the growth and positioning of the brand as a leader in high-performance services; + Own the marketing team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment passionate about supporting the business; + Plan and promote brand content and digital marketing events and actions that generate engagement, strengthen the brand image and open up opportunities for growth; + Plan and coordinate internal and external events for brand activations and our solutions, ensuring maximum visibility, impact and proximity to our target audiences; + Management and planning of digital media campaigns and programs, optimizing the use of resources and ensuring a better return on investment; + Supervising and reporting the progress of strategic projects, supporting the business, sales teams and solutions; + Coordinating relationship programs with customers and partners, aiming to strengthen relationships and increase happiness and engagement; + Articulating partnerships and coordinating service providers, ensuring the effective execution of the budget and marketing initiatives; + Working closely with the team and other areas of the company, aligning strategies and growth actions. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Consolidated experience in marketing and communications, experience in services, consulting, insurance and benefits; + Skills in planning and strategizing, with knowledge of digital and electronic media; + Proven experience in leading and handling high-performance multifunctional teams; + Higher education in Marketing, Communications or related areas. + Proficiency in English and Spanish, allowing effective communication in contexts with regional peers; + Demonstrated ability in leadership positions in the Marketing area; + Consistent record of success in marketing initiatives passionate about growth and demand generation. + Experience in digital marketing tools, analysis of campaign performance data in paid media, and knowledge of media analysis platforms is desirable; + Proficiency in Office suite, Eloqua, communication rules, CRM.
