Marketing Manager
Description We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our team based in New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to manage project assignments, ensure compliance with regulations on all creative requests, and facilitate clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee project assignments and support the intake, delegation, and tracking of creative marketing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations in all creative requests. • Manage the coordination of business cards. • Facilitate communication of updates throughout the project lifecycle. • Support the smooth operation of creative marketing campaigns for multiple departments. • Review and approve creative tickets in Workfront to ensure all information is included and ready to assign to the designer. • Support vendor relations, reprints, reorder notification, and project requests. • Manage the routing of new employee business cards, set up jobs, and get approval from new hires via email. • Execute proper archiving and filing of project files and FDA audit trail documents. • Analyze the quality of final deliverables and adhere to FDA regulations. • Develop and maintain effective client/vendor relationships. • Coordinate printing & delivery schedules for internal customers. • Work with the Creative Lead to outsource requested freelance design needs from the agency. 02720-0013087729 Requirements • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for creating and editing marketing material • Proficient in CRM to manage customer relationships and data • Ability to use Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction on company Facebook webpage • Proficient in Google AdWords for SEO and SEM • Ability to use Google Analytics for website traffic reporting • Experience in creating and managing advertisements • Experience in promoting brand awareness • Knowledgeable in budget processes in marketing • Experience in campaign planning and execution • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team and clients efficiently Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
