Position Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing creative, social media, and content marketing efforts, ensuring a unified brand message across all platforms and regions served. The Marketing Manager will also play a key role in community involvement by supporting local initiatives and fostering relationships with community partners. This includes collaborating with regional teams to strengthen Paschal's presence at community events, enhancing local visibility, and reinforcing Paschal’s commitment to service and customer satisfaction across all areas we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Content Oversight
· Lead the creative team to produce visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategic objectives.
· Oversee content development, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with Paschal's brand and marketing goals.
· Collaborate with the social media manager to drive engagement and community growth on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strategic Collaboration with Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
· Partner with digital marketing and lead generation specialists to align content and creative with digital advertising, SEO, and lead gen strategies.
· Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across paid and organic campaigns, maximizing impact on customer acquisition and retention.
Campaign Development & Execution
· Manage the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating creative, social media, and content elements with digital strategies.
· Work with the team to implement A/B testing on campaign elements to optimize performance and increase conversions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Track performance metrics for creative, content, and social media initiatives, using data insights to adjust strategies as needed.
· Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and brand initiatives, collaborating with analytics resources to refine marketing approaches.
Team Leadership & Project Management
· Mentor and manage the creative, social media, and content team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
· Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of all initiatives while maintaining high standards for quality.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A focus on digital marketing or branding is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally with a focus on creative, content, and social media within a service-oriented or multi-location industry.
· Proven experience in leading marketing efforts across multiple locations and tailoring strategies to different regional needs while maintaining brand consistency.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy with demonstrated experience in managing creative, social media, and content teams.
· Hands-on experience with both strategic planning and tactical execution, able to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and daily marketing operations.
· Proficiency in project management and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, CRM systems, social media management tools).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across departments and regional teams.
· Experience with community engagement and event support, including building relationships with community partners and enhancing local visibility.
