Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a Marketing Manager. A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented work ethic. Responsibilities:
+ Assist in day-to-day management of all marketing related activities for Brady Sullivan
+ Design flyers, mailers, and advertisements
+ Write all press releases for Brady Sullivan
+ Develop award submissions
+ Website Management
+ Develop, write and publish content on social media sites on a consistent/constant basis, including Instagram and Facebook.
+ Manage and respond to company reviews on various platforms
+ Plan and coordinate special events
+ Attend and manage project photo shoots
+ Perform support role in marketing and business development
+ Other related duties, as assigned
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related major
+ Minimum of 5 years of marketing
+ Ability to work independently
+ Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
+ Proven skills in writing professional materials
+ Proven skills in creative graphic design solutions
+ Intermediate level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe PDF required
+ Experience creating print ready products
+ Intermediate level in all MS Office products
