Position SummaryThe Tech Marketing Manager will drive brand identity and positioning for PwC's Technology Consulting practice in the Middle East, focusing on Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, and Public Safety. In collaboration with Technology Consulting and M&C teams, this role will produce thought leadership content, support business development, and execute marketing initiatives across key business topics in core tech, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for core tech areas that align with PwC’s business objectives.Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events) to enhance brand positioning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive marketing efforts and elevate PwC’s market presence.Leverage Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to track campaigns and client engagement, making data-driven adjustments.Use project management tools like Asana to manage workflows for efficient project execution.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.Create high-quality content, including thought leadership articles, client stories, and case studies, to position PwC Middle East as a market leader.Promote and manage sector-specific events, ensuring alignment with larger campaigns.Analyse campaign performance to optimise strategies and support informed decision-making.Maintain consistent, impactful brand messaging across all marketing channels.Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Education
Specific Experience
Proven track record in a marketing function, with a strong emphasis on delivering resultsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in the Professional Services Industry, ideally within a top-tier Big 4 firm, specialising in PR, Communications, or MarketingIndustry experience within the Middle East is highly preferredExpertise in content marketing and thought leadershipProficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft tools and Asana.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated and integrated marketing strategiesStrong analytical skills with a data-driven approach, enabling informed decision-making based on performance insightsKnowledge of the latest technologies and trends in Financial Services and Digital IndustriesExcellent communication, project management, and organisational skillsKnowledge and Skills
In depth knowledge of Marketing and Branding principlesIn depth knowledge of the Professional Services Industry, including latest market developments, best practices and trendsStrong knowledge of new and traditional marketing channelsIn depth knowledge of service offering for all PwC LoS and industry sectors in the Middle EastCommercial awarenessKnowledge of business planning and budgetingExcellent communications (verbal and written) skills, including public speaking and interviewing skills, and ability to represent the organisation in diverse forumsSubject matter expertise in marketing and brandingKnowledge of monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of corporate reputation and business ethicsKnowledge in online media, social media Marketing, and developing user friendly digital platformsExcellent Marketing research skills and conducting competitive intelligence analysis Good project management skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Significant personal presence, enabling successful interaction directlMinimum years experience required
