The UES Texas Region is seeking an experienced and innovative **Marketing Manager** with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will drive forward-thinking marketing strategies and lead the pursuit process across Central and South Texas. You’ll also have a chance to refine your leadership skills by mentoring team members and contributing to the region’s strategic marketing plan. As a hybrid role, this position can be based in either Central Texas or North Texas. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Facilitate and oversee the go/no-go decision-making process for pursuit initiatives. + Lead the pursuit process from strategy development to final layout and production for Central and South Texas. + Support sales and operations teams by preparing compelling marketing collateral for meetings and events. + Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional development. + Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. + Collaborate with the region’s communications lead to provide social media content and project profiles. + Manage orders for promotional and apparel items for local teams, as needed. **PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:** + **Experience:** 7+ years in a marketing or communications role, with experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry strongly preferred. + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
