Responsibility:
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on digital efforts such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns as well as relevant traditional marketing strategies such as billboards, expos and events, networking and meet-up events, public relations and sponsorships to meet client and company objectives in generating warm and hot leads for the sales team and grow our revenues. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, measure and oversee marketing campaigns; coordinate assets, timelines, and ensure alignment with growth and revenue goals and report the results of these campaigns each month to the Execom. SEO & Content Optimization: Create content once a week for our main assets, as well as optimize on-page and technical SEO, identify keyword opportunities, and work with content teams to ensure all material is optimized for search engines. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, tracking KPIs and delivering insights on traffic, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor performance, and audience behavior to refine SEO Hacker’s strategies and keep our approaches competitive. Content Strategy: Manage the content calendar, oversee content creation, and ensure that messaging aligns with SEO Hacker’s brand voice. As well as ensuring that these pieces of content have the maximum amount of reach through promotion efforts in platforms we are subscribed in. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient spending to maximize return on investment. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Business Development, Creatives, SEO specialists and Execom to ensure cohesive branding and alignment of objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to keep SEO Hacker’s services at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead generation strategies, including email marketing workflows, landing pages, and inbound marketing tactics to drive conversions. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the digital marketing team, setting clear goals and objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new hires, ensuring they understand company processes, tools, and client engagement strategies. Provide ongoing training to existing team members to keep their skills updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Mentor junior staff and leverage their strengths for optimal project outcomes.
