The UES Texas Region is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will drive forward-thinking marketing strategies and lead the pursuit process across Central and South Texas. You’ll also have a chance to refine your leadership skills by mentoring team members and contributing to the region’s strategic marketing plan.As a hybrid role, this position can be based in either Central Texas or North Texas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate and oversee the go/no-go decision-making process for pursuit initiatives.Lead the pursuit process from strategy development to final layout and production for Central and South Texas.Support sales and operations teams by preparing compelling marketing collateral for meetings and events.Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional development.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.Collaborate with the region’s communications lead to provide social media content and project profiles.Manage orders for promotional and apparel items for local teams, as needed.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience: 7+ years in a marketing or communications role, with experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry strongly preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with CRM databases is a plus.Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Teamwork & Autonomy: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.The UES Texas Region includes 4 powerhouse legacy firms from the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and environmental consulting arenas: Alpha Testing, Rock Engineering & Testing, Riner Engineering, and InControl Technologies.
